Sr. HVAC Controls/BAS Service Technician

📋 Description

• Service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and optimization of BAS and coordinated smart
• Diagnose HVAC, mechanical, electrical and controls issues; perform preventative maintenance.
• Remote diagnostics via DOC; energy optimization and system lifecycle planning.
• Support commissioning, retro-commissioning and startup activities.
• Mentor junior technicians; build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with project managers, service managers and sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years BAS service experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting knowledge; read control drawings and sequences.
• Experience commissioning and servicing DDC systems; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing; excellent communication/customer service.
