📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff to deployment.
• Own project delivery timelines, scope, risks, and customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and adoption for enterprise customers.
• Guide hardware and SaaS deployment, from setup to handoff.
• Define strategies and plans, align stakeholders, ensure long-term success.
• Facilitate customer cadences and executive updates to maintain momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in implementation, PM or enterprise-facing roles.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments (hardware + SaaS).
• Experience with enterprise customers in fast-paced environments.
• Full lifecycle delivery: planning, execution, risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• CRM tools proficiency: Salesforce, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet.
