Sr Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Customer-facing implementation for utility/municipal clients
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
• Discovery, config, testing, data conversion, training, post-production support
• Collaborate with PMs, technical teams, data specialists, QA, and stakeholders
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve problem-solving and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in customer-facing software implementation/consulting
• Experience with utility billing systems and CIS/MDM tech
• Familiarity with enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, Clarizen
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel ~75% for engagements
