Represent security org in customer-facing incidents, cases, findings, and calls
Own, triage, investigate and respond to security matters on ServiceNow platform
Primary point of contact for security-related matters for internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate incident triage with customers and internal teams
Build trust through exceptional service and communication
Manage security outreach and escalation communications

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in information or application security
CSA certification required
Azure AI, AWS AI, OSWA, GWAPT, GSEC, GCIH, CISSP, CISM preferred
Cloud models knowledge and security tooling experience
Java/JavaScript programming basics
Web proxy tools and OWASP knowledge
