Sr. Insider & Data Risk Analyst

📋 Description

• Own insider risk investigations from triage through closure
• Mature Insider Risk Management program and case workflows
• Tune Data Loss Prevention tooling across environments
• Classify data and align DLP to sensitivity levels
• Investigate data exfiltration, misuse, policy violations
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, IT on sensitive cases

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in insider risk, DLP ops, digital forensics, or security investigations
• Experience leading investigations with discretion on sensitive personnel matters
• Hands-on DLP in SaaS/endpoint and tune rules
• Workflow automation, AI, or SOAR platforms for alert triage
• Data classification and governance knowledge
• Working knowledge of SIEM/log analysis (ELK/Splunk)
