🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
5+ years of instructional design, esp. in corporate/global retail.
Expertise building courses in Articulate Rise and LMS publishing.
Strong ability to translate store ops into actionable training; brand voice consistency.
Proficiency in video editing and design tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop.
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration across functions.
