Sr. IT Business Analyst - Finance Operations

📋 Description

• Lead business analysis for IT services in Finance Ops.
• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for finance systems (ERP, AP, Treasury
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs and process flows.
• Coordinate with finance stakeholders and IT teams; support testing and validation.
• Facilitate workshops and manage demand pipeline to align with objectives.
• Collaborate on system design for finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting).

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years experience as a BA in IT or related field.
• Strong finance knowledge; ERP and financial close/conc; MS Office, Visio, Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; strong analytical skills.
• Experience with D365 F&O or similar ERP; knowledge of POS/supply chain a plus.
