Lead forecasting, planning for Aircraft Business units and programs
Build and maintain models linking headcount, labor, material, overhead to performance
Analyze actuals vs plan; identify risks/opps; advise leaders
Translate production, engineering, and program assumptions into financial impacts
Prepare reporting packages and presentations for finance leadership
Act as Finance Partner to engineering, operations, supply chain, and programs

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in FP&A, program finance, or related
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis
Experience partnering with operational/technical teams
Link operational drivers to financial outcomes in fast-paced env
Strong communication; present insights to leaders
Advanced Excel; planning/ERP systems; Anaplan a plus
