📋 Description

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of SaaS, software licensing, professional services, and
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, Finance, and Operations to accelerate deal flow while managing
• Advise on RFPs, government procurement processes, and contract structures.
• Develop scalable legal processes and templates to support revenue growth.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving compliance, sales operations, and risk management.
• Stay current on laws affecting SaaS and public sector contracting.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited US law school.
• Active state bar; eligibility for CA in-house counsel if not CA-barred.
• 8+ years legal experience; 3+ years in-house at tech/SaaS company.
• Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts with government entities.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and software licensing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
