Sr Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Provide legal support for Go-To-Market sales across EMEA
• Negotiate and draft SaaS MSAs, DPAs, AI terms, PSAs, partner agreements, regulatory addenda
• Handle service desk tickets for the EMEA Legal team
• Advise on EU/EEA regulatory and customer compliance
• Understand Coupa products, security, and data policies
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product, privacy, security, and Deal Desk

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified German lawyer; Master of Laws is a plus
• Fluent German and English (other languages a plus)
• 10+ years experience; 4+ in-house in tech
• Comfort with strategic and regulated customers
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Responsive, service-oriented, autonomous
