Sr. Legal Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead litigation, eDiscovery, IP & brand protection ops
• Manage day-to-day support of litigation matters
• Coordinate holds, preservation notices, custodian tracking
• Partner with Eng/Security/IT/Product on ESI preservation
• Support document collections and productions
• Develop standardized workflows and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal cert preferred
• 5+ years in Legal Ops, Lit-support, IP, or eDiscovery
• US litigation & preservation experience
• Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Exterro
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating with outside counsel
