📋 Description

• Lead projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery and client handover
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and ways of working
• Primary contact between internal teams and client stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and client meetings to gather needs
• Coordinate with project professionals to align priorities and deliverables
• Identify risks and develop proactive solutions for project success

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading projects in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, and Kanban; formal certification not required
• Autonomy to independently lead projects and manage priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leaders
• Ability to structure processes and create clarity in ambiguous environments
• Experience in financial services or insurance sectors is valued
