Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead algorithm development for medical imaging software in real-time ultrasound (EBUS) contexts
• Design and implement CV/ML algorithms for ultrasound data fusion with pre-operative imaging
• Develop temporally-aware processing for high-frame-rate ultrasound and artifact mitigation
• Deploy models into C++ production environments with quantization and optimization
• Collaborate with clinical and engineering teams; document designs and patent-related work

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in CS, ECE, Biomedical Eng or related field
• 5+ years in algorithm development, medical imaging, CV
• Proficient in Python and C++ for production software
• Expert with PyTorch, OpenCV, MONAI, ITK, VTK; experience with TensorRT/ONNX
• Ultrasound physics, acoustic image processing, temporal/video data analysis
• Experience with spatiotemporal DL, real-time ultrasound apps; data governance per GMLP
