📋 Description

• Lead the Business Operations & Analytics team for Working Capital.
• Own planning cadences, KPI governance, and cross‑functional execution.
• Translate strategy into scalable execution and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Risk, Data, Sales, CS, Product, and Finance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI‑powered solutions.
• Provide both managerial and hands‑on leadership as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Ops, Analytics, or similar leadership.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Hands‑on leader with strong business acumen and analytical rigor.
• Proven ability to drive planning, performance, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.
• Experience in process optimization and automation for scale.
