• Lead cloud operations and engineering initiatives for reliable cloud/hybrid environments.
• Oversee cloud teams focusing on automation, incident response, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, product, and infrastructure teams to align tech with
• Drive CI/CD improvements and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of cloud/DevOps engineers.
• Represent cloud operations in leadership discussions with clear recommendations and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or related teams.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure, including resource management and policies.
• Proven experience designing/managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Strong IaC knowledge (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience (AKS, container orchestration, troubleshooting).
• Experience implementing GitOps (Argo CD).
