Sr Manager Continuous Improvement

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise product optimization initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality
• Develop and maintain product lifecycle management frameworks that support portfolio planning
• Partner with Product Management, Commercial, Laboratory, Clinical, and Operations stakeholders to
• Support test menu optimization, portfolio rationalization, and lifecycle decisions while ensuring
• Establish and maintain operational standards across Product and Program Management functions.
• Identify and remove organizational bottlenecks that negatively affect delivery performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Product
• At least 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Program Management
• At least 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs or
• Demonstrated success planning and delivering complex initiatives, leading Kaizen or continuous
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement, operational excellence, process optimization
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex operational
