📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multi-layered facilities organization for the Memphis campus, delivering
• Set campus-wide strategy, budgeting (CapEx/OpEx), and resource forecasting for facilities
• Own campus work-order and preventive maintenance programs: ticketing, staffing, response times
• Oversee building systems maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and transformers, fire/life
• Manage soft services (janitorial, landscaping, waste, pest control) and third-party vendors per
• Collaborate with construction, EHS, and site operations to plan and execute improvements without

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• 8+ years facilities maintenance/building operations experience; 3+ years leading supervisors or
• Experience leading teams for work orders, preventive maintenance, building systems, and vendor-led
