📋 Description

• Lead and grow a senior engineering team.
• Own end-to-end calling experience across frontend, backend, and hardware integration.
• Directly work with product partners to define 1–3 year roadmap.
• Oversee large projects from requirements to delivery, aligning with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams; 10+ years engineering exp.
• Expertise in real-time communications (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP).
• Strong CCaaS domain knowledge (routing, queues, IVR) and AI-driven routing.
• Full-stack: Vue 3 + TypeScript frontend; Python or Java backend.
• Cloud-native architectures: microservices, containers, orchestration (GCP a plus).
• Experience decomposing monoliths; define SLOs and scalable services.
