Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence

📋 Description

• Lead a global, multi-level BI org with talent development and delivery excellence.
• Define and execute enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, governance, and reporting.
• Oversee BI platforms (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle Fusion OTBI/BIP, Salesforce reporting).
• Establish and maintain BI architecture, KPI definitions, data governance, security, and data
• Own complete BI product lifecycle from intake to deployment, adoption, and support.
• Modernize legacy reporting and migrate to future-state analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in BI, analytics, enterprise reporting, data platforms, or related.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience in a global/matrixed org.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise BI strategy, governance, and product delivery.
• Deep expertise with Power BI, DAX, SQL, semantic models, data modeling, governance, security, and
• Experience with cloud data platforms and ERP/CRM apps.
