Manage complex technology workstreams from planning to post-event analysis.
Lead external agencies and vendors, with budget forecasting and resource allocation.
Build cross-functional partnerships across Strategic Events, Marketing, IT, and Sales.
Stay abreast of emerging event technologies and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in event technology/operations, preferably for large B2B events.
Deep experience with RainFocus, Swoogo, Cvent Passkey; Jifflenow a plus.
Strong experience integrating event platforms with CRM, marketing automation, data, and SaaS
Proven ability to lead complex programs and multiple workstreams end-to-end.
Excellent program management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
Experience managing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships.
