📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management of international government programs across regions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, with budget accountability.
• Drive pre-sale engagement and ensure solid technical/financial pictures.
• Navigate procurement, contracting norms, and regulatory environments.
• Maintain program momentum across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Build scalable processes and governance as the team matures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in hands-on program/project management for international govt customers.
• Direct experience with agencies outside the US (met services, defense, civil aviation, etc.).
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end programs with minimal institutional support.
• Ability to manage multiple programs across countries/time zones/regulations.
• Strong cross-functional influence: engineering, legal, product, finance.
• Excellent English communication; willing to travel internationally.
