📋 Description

• Senior Manager, Leader Development within Hasbro's L&D function.
• Own end-to-end development for Hasbro's VP & Director population from onboarding to coaching
• Partner with lean team members, wearing multiple hats to support sessions and fast-turnaround

🎯 Requirements

• Lead design, launch, and iteration of VP/Director development programs.
• Own onboarding & coaching experiences; build internal VP/Director programs from scratch.
• Manage 360 coaching, onboarding, and leadership development programs with strong measurement and
• Excellent facilitation, executive presence, and ability to partner with senior leaders and Talent
• Scrappy, resourceful, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment with lean resources.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or HRBP
