📋 Description

Own and drive end-to-end contracting lifecycle: drafting agreements, reviewing templates
Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements: vendor, distribution, licensing
Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic
Advise on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and
Support M&A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings.
