Sr. Manager of Inventory Management, Logistics, and Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead and scale inventory, warehouse ops, logistics, and procurement for manufacturing runtime.
• Own inventory accuracy, material flow, and availability to support production.
• Develop controls, cycle counts, and corrective actions to reduce discrepancies.
• Design warehouse layouts and replenishment strategies for safety and scalability.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure material supply.
• Establish standard work and ERP/MRP alignment with physical inventory movements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience improving inventory accuracy in complex manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, procurement, and transport.
• ERP/MRP experience; understanding of BOMs, POs, planning signals, and master data.
• Proven ability to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into priorities.
• Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and operating reviews.
