📋 Description

• Build world-class payroll processes for global employees
• Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls
• Document US and global payroll processes and procedures
• Lead payroll system projects, including implementations and integrations
• Support end-to-end US payroll for weekly/biweekly cycles
• Manage SOX compliance and payroll audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years in finance with 5+ years in payroll
• 4+ years supervising direct reports
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and compliance
• Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Software) and Workday; international payroll
