📋 Description

Lead reporting, analytics, and workforce planning
Strengthen client/team relationships and manage expectations
Deliver data reports, insights, and actionable strategies
Oversee reports across Hyderabad and Clark sites
Ensure data accuracy and dashboard integrity
Develop training and empower staff with skills

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors preferred but not required
5+ years in reporting, analytics, and workforce mgmt
2+ years in senior/leadership role, multi-site
Experience building scalable analytics frameworks
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
