Sr. Manager, Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the security engineering org for 6sense's AI-enabled, cloud-native SaaS platform.
• Own Vulnerability Operations, Infrastructure Security, and Application/Product Security.
• Build scalable security capabilities enabling rapid product delivery with trust and compliance.
• Lead a distributed team across the United States and India.
• Balance hands-on tech with people leadership and program ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in information security with product/app, cloud security, vulnerability management, or
• 3+ years leading security engineering teams (distributed/cross-region preferred).
• Proven ability to build mature security programs in a cloud-native SaaS environment (AWS preferred).
• Experience with secure SDLC, app security testing, cloud-native infra, containers, IaC, software
• Working knowledge of AI/ML security risks; securing LLM, agentic, or retrieval-augmented generation
• Strong ability to translate risk into roadmaps, with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
