🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR, Talent Management, or Career Counseling in a consulting or professional services
• 3+ years direct people management experience leading HR or career management professionals.
• Experience designing and executing Technical Consulting Frameworks and global performance programs.
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership to drive talent retention and capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing global talent processes in matrixed teams.
