📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning of industry conferences and brand events
• Manage venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, and on-site setup
• Create event timelines, budgets, and scope adherence
• Produce event collateral and branded materials
• Coordinate merch sourcing and on-site delivery
• Align event goals with Sales and Marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in marketing events
• BA in Marketing/Communications or equivalent
• Based in Berlin with travel flexibility
• Strong English and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with high organization
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, Zoom
