Perform detailed analyses (tolerance, simulations, FEA) for parts.

🎯 Requirements

Self-driven with ability to work in small, focused teams.
CAD proficiency (SolidWorks), complex assemblies, GD&T, dim'ing.
Identify issues, lead teams to solutions with clarity.
Experience across product lifecycle: design to manufacturing transfer.
Failure analysis proficiency; strong mechanical design/analysis skills.
Material selection and manufacturability considerations.
