📋 Description

• Lead and execute medical education programs across Penumbra product lines.
• Manage logistics, attendee registration, and on-site support for events.
• Collaborate with Medical Education Director, Programs Managers, and sales teams.
• Ensure programs comply with FDA and HCC guidelines.
• Build relationships with faculty, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide quarterly analyses and guidance on education resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years in medical education/clinical work
• Experience managing multiple complex programs in regulated settings
• Proactive communication and timely execution
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
