• Lead and support delivery managers, professional staff, and project teams to ensure effective
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring milestones on time, within scope, and
• Manage delivery schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to optimize capacity.
• Serve as a primary client contact, providing updates and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Facilitate communication between delivery teams and clients on priorities and timelines.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs, profitability and variance reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in project delivery, program management, or related functions.
• 2–4 years of experience leading teams or professional staff.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, profitability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical teams and executives.
