📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple cross-functional engineering teams across full SDLC.
• Own development, maintenance, and scalability of apps and infrastructure.
• Guide system architecture and design decisions for growth.
• Establish and improve engineering metrics for health and delivery.
• Drive process improvements, tooling, and engineering practices.
• Hire, coach, and mentor engineering leaders and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Eng, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software engineering, 5+ years leading multiple teams.
• Experience with enterprise platforms through dev, test, release, support.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, testing, and production support.
• Experience with mobile and web apps in multi-tenant environments.
• Proven ability to lead distributed, remote agile teams.
