Sr. NPI Buyer

📋 Description

• Lead procurement for direct materials to support new product introductions (NPI)
• Track POs, delivery commitments, and ramp-up timelines for launches
• Partner with engineering, sourcing, and supplier teams to align capabilities with product design
• Manage supplier base, evaluate capabilities, and expand sources as needed
• Monitor cost, capacity, and delivery to ensure material availability
• Support risk management and supplier performance tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in NPI purchasing and supply chain in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot), ERP systems (SAP, Agile), and BOM structures
• Experience with strategic buying, material planning, master scheduling, and demand forecasting
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and program/project management skills
