Sr Operations Processor – Annuity New Business

📋 Description

• Process standard and complex annuity new business transactions from application to contract
• Manage cases and processing queues with quality, compliance, and SLA targets.
• Respond to inquiries from Financial Professionals and partners with accurate updates.
• Research and resolve exceptions; coordinate with upstream/downstream partners.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team performance and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in annuities, insurance, or financial services operations; complex processing experience
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows, policies, and system navigation in a financial services
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and independently resolve non-routine issues.
• Excellent communication; customer-focused with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
