Sr. Origination Manager

📋 Description

• Lead customer engagement, commercialization strategy, and PPA negotiations across major U.S. power
• Turn utility-scale renewable energy projects into contracted, revenue-generating assets.
• Coordinate with development, finance, engineering, legal, and commercial teams to position projects
• Build strategic relationships with utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and corporate energy
• Manage bid management, commercial structuring, and contract execution to support growth.
• Drive ownership in a fast-paced, evolving renewable energy environment with significant impact on

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy markets, or 7 years on utility-scale renewable energy
• Familiarity with PPA concepts and commercial structures for renewable energy.
• Experience negotiating PPAs from bid stage through execution (strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Eastern U.S. markets (ERCOT, MISO, PJM, SERC, ISO-NE).
• Ability to read, analyze, and negotiate legal and commercial contracts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
