Sr. Partner Manager, Canada

📋 Description

• Own the relationship and be primary contact for IKEA Canada and other partnerships in Canada
• Drive performance targets and operations to reach growth goals
• Blend relationship management, business strategy, and operational excellence
• Communicate Taskrabbit value proposition across forums and trainings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and strategy
• Manage key commercial KPIs like Jobs Requested, fulfilment, AOV, Net Revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Proven operator with account/relationship management experience
• Adaptive, problem solver, and capable of handling ambiguity
• Strong analytical and operational execution skills
• Able to work at fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment
• Willing to travel regularly within Canada; international travel occasionally
• Fluent in English and French preferred; based in Greater Toronto Area
