🎯 Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in payroll within a multinational context.
• Experience in multi-country payroll management; German payroll expertise.
• Experience with external payroll partners is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Collaborative mindset; ability to influence across functions.
• Ability to challenge processes constructively; curious and adaptable.
