SR PCB Designer

📋 Description

• Design PCB meeting mechanical, electrical, RF, mixed-signal, and manufacturability requirements.
• Plan resources and manage project activities for on-time delivery.
• Own complex, schedule-intensive projects with problem-solving.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and the design team.
• Maintain records of hours, milestones, and quality objectives.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or 12+ years PCB design/layout experience.
• Proficient with Siemens Xpedition, Cadence Allegro, or Altium.
• Strong IPC standards knowledge for PCB design/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex or deadline-driven projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Remote work capable with digital collaboration tools; occasional travel.
