Collaborate with Hardware Development Engineers during design reviews

5+ years of PCB layout experience
Strong multilayer layout, high-speed routing, and impedance control
Experience with Altium or Mentor Xpedition
DFM/DFT, fabrication outputs, and library management skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork
