• Coach managers. Help managers work through performance, feedback, development, conflict, team
• Get underneath the problem. Ask good questions, understand the context, and help determine what

• Help teams perform better. Work with managers on team health, engagement, talent, performance, and
• Spot patterns. Connect dots across teams, use data where it helps, and raise emerging themes and
• Work closely with Functional HRBPs to align broader context with managers, employees, and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Youve worked as a People/HR Business Partner, or in a role coaching managers and handling
• You have strong working knowledge of US employment practices; experience supporting employees
• Youre a strong manager coach; you can be supportive while saying what needs to be said.
• You have good judgment to assess risks and what matters when things get messy.
• You are agile; priorities and organizations change and you adapt quickly.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and want to understand the business behind people decisions.
