📋 Description

• Join Regional HRBP team to support managers across North America.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and team dynamics.
• Help with change, complex people matters, and decision making.
• Collaborate with Functional HRBPs to scale the new model.
• Use data and context to identify patterns and risks.
• Contribute to building simpler, scalable ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced People/HRBP or coaching managers.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices; NA experience a plus.
• Strong manager coaching, judgment, and ambiguity tolerance.
• Ability to work across teams, functions, and time zones.
• Interest in data, analytics, and business context behind people decisions.
• Preferred experience with mergers, rapid growth, or organizational change.
