📋 Description

• Lead a team of Contract Specialists and drive high-visibility, complex deals
• Advise leadership on contract structure, risk, and pricing strategy
• Mentor junior to mid-level contract professionals
• Manage full lifecycle of complex services contracts from RFP to closeout
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and delivery teams in a cross-functional environment
• Support a diverse portfolio including commercial, public sector, federal, and international

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressively complex contract administration
• Proven success in negotiating and structuring agreements
• Strong expertise in contract law, risk management, procurement
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development
• Excellent communication with influence across levels
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US Security Clearance
