Sr Principal Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer engagements on time and budget.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and executives, managing expectations.
• Lead implementations from mobilization to go-live with governance and Coupa methodologies.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to ensure delivery.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, KPIs, and engagement health.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and drive successful execution across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in systems applications consulting or enterprise software.
• 5+ years in program or project leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Strong executive presence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• AI & Agile experience with enterprise AI initiatives and Agile practices.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Ariba, or Concur.
