Sr. Principal Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex engagements, delivering quality on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary contact for customers/partners, building trust and managing exec expectations.
• Lead implementations from mobilization through go-live, including governance and resource planning.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, driving timely resolution.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, contracts, KPI tracking, and engagement health.
• Act as a Delivery Executive Sponsor across a portfolio of strategic engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in systems apps consulting or enterprise software delivery, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations and multi-engagement delivery.
• Strong executive presence; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Experience providing strategic oversight, governance, and portfolio leadership.
• Mentor and develop Engagement Managers; foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Salesforce/Workday/Ariba/Concur; BSM experience desirable.
