Sr. Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for cloud services and developer tooling.
• Transition to a platform-as-a-product model with self-service experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Design to scale platform capabilities.
• Champion APIs, SDKs, sandbox environments, and docs to boost developer productivity.
• Use usage data to prioritize improvements and reduce friction.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and adoption metrics for the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management for large-scale cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and scale (commerce/meters).
• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Platform-as-a-product expertise: research, strategy, roadmap, KPI, adoption.
• Deep technical fluency: Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, APIs, tooling.
• Translate developer pain points into scalable solutions (portals, catalogs, tools).
