Sr. Principal Security, Risk, and OT Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales activities for ServiceNow Risk, Security, and OT/OTM solutions
• Guided architectural design and governance for customer engagements
• Engage with CXOs and senior leaders on roadmaps and change management
• Deliver technical leadership across delivery teams and partner ecosystem
• Develop and present ServiceNow OTM solutions with scalable architecture
• Travel up to 20% as needed for customer work and internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows
• Industry domain expertise in Security, Risk, and OT; ITOM ServiceNow modules
• Familiarity with FFIEC, SEC, OCC, SOX, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIST CSF
• Knowledge of OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA/DA, BACnet, etc.)
• Strong collaboration and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• 10+ years in professional services with delivery leadership skills
