📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales and scoping for Risk, Security, and OT solutions
• Deliver architecture for ServiceNow OTM across customers
• Engage with CXOs to discuss roadmap and change management
• Mentor delivery teams and partner ecosystem
• Travel up to 20% annually as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows
• Security, Risk, OT domain expertise; ITOM ServiceNow modules
• Familiar with FFIEC, SEC, OCC, SOX, ISA 62443 concepts
• Proficient in OT protocols and network data visibility
• 12+ years in professional services or equivalent
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and design skills
