Conduct PHAs of advanced chemical systems and recommend controls
Evaluate equipment overpressure/overtemperature scenarios and hazards
Perform/oversee FAT, SAT, and risk assessments on complex process equipment
Implement and field validate safety critical instruments and interlocks during PSSRs
Implement a Process Safety Management (PSM) program and ensure compliance with all pillars of PSM

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in process safety or chemical engineering
5+ years’ design/commissioning experience for chemical systems
Master’s degree in chemical engineering
Experience with safety control circuits and reading P&IDs/instrumentation diagrams
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations
