📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design for major features from concept to launch
• Clarify ambiguous problems; help frame requirements early
• Partner with PMs and engineers to improve quality and speed
• Understand customer workflows via interviews, calls, analytics
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Design and improve complex workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing workflow-driven software products
• Own features within a broader product strategy
• Strong product thinking, interaction and visual design
• Strong customer empathy and comfort engaging with users
• Judgment on depth versus speed and tradeoffs
